Seemingly without plan or direction, a curious artificial intelligence known as Byron jumps around the cosmos, inhabits unique robots, and explores amazing worlds with his teleporting alien-dog, Spork.

In time, Byron’s memory files are pieced back together, along with the realization that he is the wandering consciousness of a human boy... and he is very lost.
